Rental payments are made via bank transfer to the official account of PT Elhart Makmur Persada. Annual and semi-annual (6-month) payment options are available. We also require a security deposit equivalent to 3 months' rent, which will be refunded at the end of the lease period after all obligations are fulfilled.

Some of our units are in ready-to-use condition, particularly restaurant buildings, shophouses, and office spaces that come with basic facilities.
